Recordings List

These are a list of all your recordings. To view a recording just click anywhere on the recording row.

You can search recordings by the referrer, entry page and location.

You can filter recordings by date or date range.

This is the user's location.

Referrer is the website the user was browsing before they arrived at your shop.

Entry Page is the first page the user arrived at in your shop.

Pages shows how many pages of your shop were visited by the user.

Duration

Duration shows the total time the user was on your website.

Last seen is the time that Hindsight last saw the customer using the shop.

Device shows the types of devices that were used, i.e. Windows, iOS, Google App, Android, Phone.
